Every council has one,
The process everyone complains about — that never quite makes it to the top of the budget.
We'll match your council dollar for dollar up to $10,000 to finally build it!
Watch the three-step framework
See. Solve. Scale.
A practical three-step framework for finding the right opportunity, testing the idea, and turning what works into a live system.

How the Process Fund Works
UpScale funds half of your eligible project price, dollar for dollar, up to a maximum contribution of $10,000 ex GST.

Crossed-out prices overleaf are typical project prices before funding.
Stack services into one project
You can put several services on one invoice, and the Fund matches the whole invoice - up to $10,000.
Only stack what your council genuinely needs - scope agreed before work begins. Many councils will pair a scoping step with a build:
Discovery Workshop $5,000 + One-Process Prototype $10,000 + support $5,000 = $20,000 project. Your council pays $10,000.
One voucher per council. Offer ends 31 December 2026.

Take one council process from frustrating to functional. With dollar-for-dollar matched funding from the One Process Fund, your council can turn a long-standing idea into a working process.
It is the biggest offer we have ever made to anyone. And we are making it once.
Choose Where To Start
Combine several services into a single project, or bring us something else entirely. The One Process Fund applies to any UpScale service.
Prices show the maximum Fund contribution applied to each service. The Fund contributes up to $10,000 per council in total. All prices exclude GST.
Keystone is UpScale's AI-assisted build engine. It is how a build goes from prototype to production without the risk of starting from scratch, and it is the same approach behind decades of secure, mission-critical software. What your council signs off on is what gets delivered.
Decades
of mission‑critical software experience behind every build
AI‑assisted
development that speeds up delivery without cutting corners on security
Council‑owned
your council keeps the deliverables — regardless of what happens next

Taking This To Your CEO?
The Fund gives your council a contained way to test an improvement before making a larger commitment.
Start with a defined process in any department.
Agree on success measures before work begins.
Move to the next stage only when the evidence supports it.
Confirm the scope, price, responsibilities, and deliverables in advance.
Your council owns the project deliverables.
All work follows your council's normal procurement process.
Security And Data Handling
Before implementation, we agree where data will be hosted, who can access it, how it will be retained or deleted, and which privacy and records requirements apply.
Nothing goes live without your council's approval. Workshops, audits, and discovery work do not require access to your systems or data. If a project uses council data, the security arrangements are documented before work begins.

What Could Your Council Build
Here's a sample of what the Fund can build. Chances are the process you've got in mind is in one of these — flip a card to find it.
Don't see yours on the list? Come find us at the stand. We'll talk it through and shape it around your actual process, not a template.
