The One Process Fund — offer mechanics

Version 1.2
Short version: one voucher per council, matched funding up to $10,000 ex GST, invoice paid by 31 December 2026. It's a discount on our invoice, not cash, and it sits alongside your council's normal procurement — not instead of it.
No cash alternative
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds, retrospective discounts, or unrelated services. It is redeemable only against eligible UpScale service fees as described on the offer page.
One offer per council
Each council may redeem one voucher under this offer. Multiple claims from the same council will not be honoured beyond the single matched contribution.
Cannot be combined with other offers
The matched‑funding offer cannot be combined with other discounts, grants, promotions or separately negotiated pricing, unless agreed in writing by UpScale in advance.
Changes to the offer
UpScale reserves the right to vary, suspend, extend or withdraw this offer at any time, including where there is misuse, low suitability of a proposed project, capacity constraints, or changed commercial circumstances.
Case studies, publicity and testimonials
UpScale may refer to a council as a participant, publish a case study, use logos, or mention project outcomes only with the council's prior written permission.
Cancellation or expiry
If a council does not proceed, delays beyond the offer period, or does not complete the scoping process, the voucher may lapse. The invoice for eligible work must be submitted by the deadline of 31 December 2026, even where project delivery continues afterwards.
Conflicts and governing documents
If there is any inconsistency between this promotional page and the signed project agreement between UpScale and the council, the signed project agreement prevails.
