You're running a $15M business on a system nobody designed to hold one.
We design it properly, build it, then stay responsible for it, so it keeps working as the business grows.
Start with a free conversation. You pay for the design work up front, then nothing more until Release 1 is live.

What you actually get
When something needs to change, it changes.
Most changes are configuration, not a new project, so they take days rather than a quote and a queue.
You never inherit an orphan.
Nobody hands your system to a stranger and walks off. The people who built it keep running it.
The expensive part is the part we manage.
The build isn't where custom software gets expensive. The upkeep is. Years two to four sit under a monthly arrangement, not a string of surprise quotes.
It grows without a rebuild.
When the business changes, the system is extended, not replaced.
180 staff. Six disconnected systems. One platform.
A national children's programs provider was running enrolments, payments, scheduling and compliance across six tools that didn't talk to each other. We replaced them with one system. Fee collection rose to 99.85%, and two people now run the back office, where competitors need 20.
Where are you right now?
Doing nothing.
It's not painful enough yet.
Off-the-shelf software.
A reasonable choice while you're still working it out.
Building it yourself.
It's not critical enough yet to invest in properly.
Ready to hire someone.
Now it's about who you trust.
Managed custom software.
Not a developer who builds and walks away. Not an IT provider who only maintains. We build it, then run it with you for as long as you need it.
A configured system, not a from-scratch build.
Keystone
Our application framework. Your system is mostly configuration: readable files that define the screens, data, permissions and workflows. Keystone runs them as a working application and supplies the foundations underneath: login, role-based permissions, audit logging, background jobs and integrations. You don't pay to rebuild those for every project.
Micro apps
Where configuration can't express something, we write ordinary code on top of Keystone, kept separate from the core so it can change safely.
Why before how
Before anything gets built, we work out why each process exists and what you're really committing to.
You own it. We run it.
Your codebase is yours, in its own repository. We stay responsible for running it, and you're never locked in.
Businesses doing $5–50M in revenue, and especially those around $15M.
You already have a working model, and you're running it, not testing it. Owners who've been through a custom software build before and know the real cost isn't the build.
